Elliott joined Equity Concepts in the summer of 2022 and serves as a Client Services Associate on the Hickman Team. He graduated from Radford University in 2012 and after working for several non-profit organizations and municipalities he made the switch over to the EC family.

Elliott was born and raised in the Richmond area. He and his wife, Meghan, and their three young children are constantly loading up their minivan for their next adventure.
