Charlon Wade has been a valuable member of the Equity Concepts team since joining in 2006. She is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota and an alumnae of University of Minnesota, and brings over 20 dedicated years in Human Resources and experience working with special needs populations. She uses her wealth of knowledge to tailor each interaction to meet the needs and support every client. Charlon’s spiritual gift is “Mission and Service” which has led her to serve on several mission trips to Niger Africa and the U.S. While home her gifts have led to on the Mission Board as well as a greeter at St. Peter’s Baptist Church. Her humanitarian efforts have even allowed her to volunteer alongside Former Presidents and Former First Ladys in Washington DC at City Year DC Martin Luther King Jr Day of Service with her sons. Some of Charlon’s proudest accomplishments are her two (2) sons. Christopher is an educator working as Campus Director of Operations for KIPP DC and Chandler is a Corporal serving in the United State Marine Corps.
