Hedy joined Equity Concepts in 2010 as a member of the support team and works as a strategic associate and receptionist. Prior to Equity Concepts, she had accumulated almost 50 years of customer service and management experience and has always enjoyed her work because she believes in the importance of a great client relationship. Her experience includes working for National Airlines in New York and London as a Reservations secretary, a City Ticket Office supervisor and then Field Manager for the 15 offices in the Northeast region for US Airways, and as a manager of AAA Mid Atlantic’s travel and retail offices.
Both Hedy and her husband, Richard, were born in London, England and have been married for 51 years. She enjoys spending time with family, which includes their two daughters, Olivia and Allie, plus three wonderful grandchildren. She also loves to travel and spend time with her church, where she serves on the Vestry and Altar Guild.
