Iris is originally from Virginia’s Eastern Shore and moved to Richmond to attend Virginia Union University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. She joined Equity Concepts in 2015 and has filled a variety of roles within the company. In 2016, she joined Equity Concept’s centralized account management team to help all advisor teams service their clients and transition in new business. As of 2022, she can be found at the front desk greeting clients and making sure the front end of the office is running smoothly. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her hubby Vincent and son Daniel. Iris also enjoys baking (her famous red velvet or “What’s up Doc” carrot cake) and loves watching her Lakers attempt to dominate the court (which has not been too often lately).
