As Managing Director of Investment Strategy, Andrew specializes in creating and managing portfolios that are tailored to align with client goals. Since joining Equity Concepts in 2004, Andrew has been instrumental in providing strategic leadership and shaping the overall investment philosophy of the firm, most recently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director.

Andrew serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Promise Land Pastures, a non-profit organization in Charles City, Virginia focused on meeting food insecurity needs. He lives in Richmond with his wife, Liz, sons, Josiah and Stephen, and twin girls, Naomi and Isabella. When he is not busy supporting his kids in their extracurricular activities, he can be found playing golf, watching sports, and grilling out with family and friends. He and his family attend Hill City Church.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Management and International Business. He holds the following Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Licenses 7, 6, 63, 65 and is licensed in over 20 states.
